These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Delight Interiors. By engaging with our services, requesting a quotation, or proceeding with a project, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Delight Interiors specializes in the design, manufacturing, and installation of premium modular interiors for residential properties. Our services include modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedroom interiors, living room interiors, false ceilings, pooja units, storage solutions, and complete home interior projects.
2. Project Confirmation
Projects commence only after mutual approval of the project scope, design, material specifications, pricing, timelines, and payment terms.
Any modifications requested after final approval may result in additional costs and revised delivery schedules.
3. Payments
Payment schedules, milestones, and applicable taxes will be clearly communicated before project execution.
Failure to make payments as agreed may result in delays in manufacturing, delivery, or installation.
4. Design & Customization
Every project is custom-designed based on the client’s requirements, available space, and functional needs.
Minor variations in color, texture, grain, finish, or accessories may occur due to natural materials, manufacturing processes, or supplier availability.
5. Factory Manufacturing & Installation
All modular furniture is precision-manufactured in our factory using modern machinery and quality-controlled processes.
Installation timelines depend on site readiness, project size, material availability, and other practical factors.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring:
- Site readiness before installation.
- Uninterrupted access to the property.
- Availability of electricity and other required utilities during installation.
- Completion of civil, plumbing, electrical, or painting work wherever applicable before installation begins.
Delight Interiors shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete site conditions or third-party work.
7. Product Quality & Warranty
We are committed to delivering premium-quality modular interiors using trusted materials and branded hardware.
Warranty, where applicable, will be provided as per the specific product or project agreement.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance are not covered under warranty.
8. Delivery & Timelines
Estimated project timelines are provided based on the approved scope of work.
Delivery schedules may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays, transportation issues, natural events, government regulations, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
Delight Interiors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from project delays, external circumstances, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the contracted services.
10. Intellectual Property
All drawings, layouts, designs, concepts, 3D visualizations, and other creative work prepared by Delight Interiors remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
